Our Design Centre is the place where you turn our Titan Home into your new house. It is where you get to pick and choose the finishes, the colours and other components that go into your new home. It is through this process that allows you to customize your home and give it a unique identity that will reflect you and your family’s taste and personality.

Our knowledgeable representative will be able to assist you with your selection process. This one-on-one service will be of great assistance in helping you to make your selections.

Builders Guarantee

Our homes are registered with the Tarion Warranty Protection Plan. All homes are covered under the Tarion Warranty Corporation with 7 years coverage for major structural defects. The program offers a 1 year warranty for surface defects and a 2 year warranty for plumbing, electrical, heating systems and building envelopes.

Any changes to floor plans are subject to non-refundable payment of $250 per request. Payable at time of request.
